Refunds and Reservations

To those who had registered for our conference next month in Daytona Beach, Florida, I thank you for your support and apologize again for the inconvenience that the necessity of having to cancel that meeting has caused you.

Credit Card Payments
All credit card payments have now been refunded. You should have received a notice from PayPal and your credit should show up on your account within 24-48 hours, depending on your issuer. If you do not see your credit within 3-4 business days, please contact me.

Refund Checks
Checks will go out within the next two days, and will be mailed to the address on your registration form. If you didn’t use a valid mailing address on your registration form, the check may not get there. If you haven’t received your refund check within 7-10 business days, please contact me.

Room Reservations
I had hoped to be able to cancel all our the room reservations in our hotel block at once, but because they are made through Hilton’s Central Reservations system instead of on-site at the hotel, I’m afraid that they must be cancelled individually the same way. Please call Hilton Central Reservations at 1-800-774-1500 as soon as possible to cancel your reservations. Alternatively, if you are a Hilton HHonors member you may login and cancel your rooms online.

Please start planning now to join us in April of 2021 when we try to do this again!
